Refund policy

Campania International Products

All Campania International products are non-refundable.

Any & all damage/defect claims must be noted at the time of delivery on the Delivery Receipt and the customer must notify 7 Day Nursery within 48 hours of delivery for any claim to be considered. Only damaged or defective products can be exchanged for the same product and finish. A restocking fee may apply.

Campania reserves the right to request photos on any damage/defect claim. Campania reserves the right to offer a refund in lieu of replacement.

Returns due to customer error or buyer’s remorse are not accepted by 7 Day Nursery / Campania. In the event that an exception is made, returns will be accepted only with written authorization from 7 Day Nursery / Campania. If authorized, the Internet Customer is responsible to ship items back to Campania at their expense, plus a re-stocking charge equivalent to 25% of the cost of the merchandise. A copy of the return authorization must be attached to the package. Returns received damaged or in used or unsellable condition will not be honored.

 

Cancellations/Changes:

Cancelled orders are subject to cancellation charges/restocking fees equal to 25% of the net merchandise total of the order. Changes to product, once it has been put to WIP will incur a 25% restocking fee.
